My name is Dave D. and I recently decided to investigate the possibility of visiting Branson in November for the Christmas Shows. Since I was not familiar with Branson I discovered your website and decided to contact your offices. I guess having worked in NYC and living in New York State for 45 years I have become used to the lack of customer service found in our society today.

What a pleasant surprise in dealing with two people in your office, namely Sharon and Albert. They could not have been more polite or helpful in getting me hooked up with transportation, shows and a hotel at reasonable rates. Their courtesy and willing to answer my questions made the entire experience a pleasant one.

I feel that too often when people do an act of kindness it is not recognized which is why I am writing this letter to you at this time. Branson Travel Agency is very fortunate to have these two individuals working for them.

The Branson Travel Agency gets an A+ in your scheduling of our trip! Sharon was always available and responded quickly to any questions. Our group of 4 ladies took a bit too much time in deciding what shows we wanted to see, but your staff got our 10 shows in 5 days scheduled with rest times for us, fantastic seats, and good pre-information. We visited malls and shopped, ate meals at some really nice restaurants, and took back roads to see a part of the “real” Branson. Thanks for the friendliness we were shown, and the professionalism of all of your work. You guys are really on the ball and I shall return to Branson and of course you will be my team.

Sharon, Our trip to Branson was great. You were extremely helpful to me as we planned the trip. Your suggestion to rent a car was an excellent one. Thank you for all you did to make our stay in Branson so successful, especially for someone limited to a wheelchair. The airline accommodations you arranged worked like a charm. And of course, I will always be indebted for your going beyond the call of duty for our “special request”. For others traveling with a handicapped person I want to pass on that the Branson drugstore (now Walgreens Downtown Branson) rents wheelchairs at a very reasonable rate, delivers to the hotel and picks it up. How great is that!!! We found Branson, you and your agency and all our accommodations to be first rate. Thanks to you and to the person at your agency who contacted the Andy Williams Theater for us. My sister was absolutely thrilled! It was the trip of a lifetime for her!

Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had while in Branson. It was due to you, and your excellent planning and recommendations.

We finished up with the Andy Williams Christmas Show and it was the best of all, just wonderful.

Dear Lianne,

I must send this e-mail along to make sure you’re aware of the Super Customer Service Manager you are so lucky to have on your payroll! Let me begin by saying I have never visited Branson, MO and this trip was all new and scary for me. However, when I received an e-mail back from this individual that was all about to change.

First they handled my airfare which was the best price to be found and perfect flight times. Then they got the best cost on the car rental with a discount. They even helped with the directions from the airport to your location. Before I even left Philadelphia I received several calls and e-mails from your office checking on me and even advised of my flight number change. How super that was to be so informed. I even called for show tickets and someone called me right away and got me a better cost then I could of on-line.

When I arrived at your location all the paper work was in order and the directions to the site where I was staying. I really felt so at ease with all the traveling. My husband and I were so excited to be in Branson and the drive was so beautiful.

When it was time to leave we were so sad that our stay wasn't longer. I gave a call to your staff about our boarding passes. They were more than happy to print them for us. I even needed a suggestion for dinner and was advised of a great Mexican place called Cantina Laredo. It was the best meal we had in Branson. We were asked about our stay and questioned on what we did and where we went. I felt like we were old friends by now sharing exciting information. All of your staff were so happy my husband and I had such a good time.
