Dear Lianne,
I must send this e-mail along to make sure you’re aware of the Super Customer Service Manager you are so lucky to have on your payroll! Let me begin by saying I have never visited Branson, MO and this trip was all new and scary for me. However, when I received an e-mail back from Robert McCracken that was all about to change.
First Robert handled my airfare which was the best price to be found and perfect flight times. Then he got the best cost on the car rental with a discount. Robert even helped with the directions from the airport to your location. Before I even left Philadelphia I received several calls and e-mails from Robert checking on me and even advised of my flight number change. How super that was to be so informed. I even called for show tickets which he had someone call me right away and got me a better cost then I could of on-line.
When I arrived at your location all the paper work was in order and the directions to the site where I was staying. I really felt so at ease with all the traveling. My husband and I were so excited to be in Branson and the drive was so beautiful.
When it was time to leave we were so sad that our stay wasn’t longer. I gave a call to Robert about our boarding passes. He was more than happy to print them for us. I even needed a suggestion for dinner and he advised us of a great Mexican place called Cantina Laredo. It was the best meal we had in Branson. Robert inquired about our stay and questioned on what we did and where we went. He wanted to know what we liked the best. I even gave him a hard time about a terrific show called SIX and how he must go see it. I felt like we were old friends by now sharing exciting information. He was so happy my husband and I had such a good time. I was so happy that it was Robert McCracken that answered that e-mail I sent weeks ago when I didn’t know one darn thing about Branson!
So as you can see you have a real gem in Robert McCracken and I didn’t want his caring hard work to go unnoticed. Next year I plan on coming back to Branson MO with my Mother and aunt and you can be sure I will be calling Mr. McCracken. So he needs to get his pencil sharpened.
