Car Rental Guidelines: Rental Car Upgrades

If the type of automobile you reserved is not available, it may be possible to upgrade your vehicle ‘class’. The rental agency is obligated, normally at no additional charge, to offer you the specific rate reserved, but if no vehicles are available in your class, you will be given a vehicle in a higher class.
